If you’re ready to take care of yourself, this is your place.
More than an App, Your Wellness Companion.
Well In Mind is a digital platform that helps you understand how your mind and body work, so you can build sustainable habits and take realistic actions aligned with real life, without pressure or perfection.
ACTing with Intention
Your well-being is closely linked to your brain’s physical health. Through consistent habits, supportive nutrition, and mindful stress management, you can create a structure that supports you. Acting with intention means making choices that respect your real life and your mental well-being.
Working With Your Brain
Your brain is a physical organ with daily needs, just like your muscles or your heart. It influences how you feel, move, recover, and respond to life. Learning to work with your brain helps build balance, clarity, and resilience over time.
Strengthening your Body
Your body and brain function as a connected system. Supporting your physical health goes beyond fitness. It is about energy, sleep, recovery, and sustainable habits that also enhance mental clarity. When your body is supported, everything feels more aligned.

About the founder
As a child, living with a brain tumour and its lasting physical effects shaped how I understand resilience, the mind–body connection and the importance of practical support. That journey led me to complete my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and build a career in counselling and psychotherapy. Well In Mind was created from both lived experience and clinical practice, as a space grounded in clarity, structure & respect.
Over time, I noticed a recurring gap: many people lack the foundational tools needed for sustainable well-being. They feel overwhelmed, disorganized and unsure where to start. While therapy is essential, it isn’t always enough on its own. Well In Mind offers practical, evidence-based strategies to help people build consistency, resilience, and a clear path forward in a way that fits real life. - Jenna S.
