On a personal note...

​As a child, I made a choice: to turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen my resilience. Living with a brain tumour at a young age — and managing its lasting physical effects to this day — taught me profound lessons about both the fragility and beauty of life. That experience lit a spark in me. It led me to complete my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, and to build a career in counselling and psychotherapy.

 

Well-In-Mind is more than an app. It’s a heartfelt tribute to someone deeply cherished, and a place where I hope you, too, feel supported and empowered to care for your mental and physical wellbeing.

 

Part of my drive to create Well-in-Mind came from frustration — I saw too many people struggling without access to the kind of long-term, consistent support that can truly make a difference.

 

I Noticed... 

 

​People lack the foundational tools necessary for wellness. They want to manage their emotions better but struggle with stress management & regular sleep, or they aim to lose weight but aren’t eating enough or moving their body.

​

​While therapy is essential and a great tool, I wanted to offer something more. Practical strategies that empower people, helping them build resilience and a sustainable wellness routine.

​​

There is a serious need for clarity. People have voiced feelings of being disorganized and overwhelmed in their personal lives. They crave clear direction and actionable steps to navigate their journey toward well-being.

​

Oh, by the way — I’m a proud French Canadian, so you might notice a hint of an accent when we meet. I’m excited to share this space with you!
