On a personal note...
​As a child, I made a choice: to turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen my resilience. Living with a brain tumour at a young age — and managing its lasting physical effects to this day — taught me profound lessons about both the fragility and beauty of life. That experience lit a spark in me. It led me to complete my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, and to build a career in counselling and psychotherapy.
Well-In-Mind is more than an app. It’s a heartfelt tribute to someone deeply cherished, and a place where I hope you, too, feel supported and empowered to care for your mental and physical wellbeing.
Part of my drive to create Well-in-Mind came from frustration — I saw too many people struggling without access to the kind of long-term, consistent support that can truly make a difference.
